Thank you for shopping at Miya Bird Nest Sdn Bhd. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping & Delivery policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website within Malaysia.

1. Shipping Time

1.1 Shipping Time

We strive to process and prepare your order for delivery within 3 business days. Delivery times vary based on the destination within Malaysia and the time your order is placed. Please see the details below:

  • West Malaysia: Delivery within 1-3 business days after the order leaves out distribution center.
  • East Malaysia: Delivery within 3-10 business days after the order leaves our distribution center.

Orders placed before 3 PM will have the processing day counted as the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will have the processing day counted from the next business day. Processing time is up to 3 business days.

1.2 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. To track your order, please input the tracking number provided in the email on the carrier’s website or on our order tracking page.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2.2 Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery Location

We aim to deliver the product to you at the delivery address specified in your order and the delivery date and time indicated during your order checkout (as updated in the Order Acknowledgement).

3.2 Delivery Notification

We will attempt to notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late delivery.

3.3 Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. If you have not received your order but the order status shows as ‘completed’, please contact our Customer Service. Our team will assist you accordingly.

3.4 Delivery Restrictions

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations within Malaysia. If delivery to your specified address is not possible, we will inform you using the contact details provided at the time of your order and arrange for cancellation or delivery to an alternative address.

3.5 Standard Packaging

We deliver in our standard packaging to ensure the safety and integrity of the product during transit.

3.6 Risk of Loss

All risk in the product passes to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations (e.g., failure to provide correct delivery details), risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From this point, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.

3.7 Unavailable to Take Delivery

If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we will attempt to contact you. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next working day. You may also contact our Customer Service Team or the courier for assistance.

3.8 Unreasonable Refusal of Delivery

If delivery or collection is delayed due to your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
  • Charge you for any fees and other costs reasonably incurred by us.
  • No longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately canceling the applicable contract. In this case, we will refund any money already paid to us under the contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including fees for attempting delivery, returning the product, and any storage fees).

3.9 Product Standards

You acknowledge that the products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements you may have.

3.10 Free Shipping Threshold

We provide free or discounted shipping on all orders above the threshold set out in the Shipping Fees Policy.

3.11 Conflict in Free Shipping Entitlement

In the event of a conflict regarding the total cart size for free shipping entitlement, the value on our platform shall prevail.

4. Delivery Issues

4.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.

4.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
